Meet the Team

Our tech team isn’t like other tech teams, we speak 15 languages collectively and got into tech for different reasons

In our team, a good idea is a good idea regardless of seniority or time with the business, so everyone feels like their contributions matter. We work collaboratively, embrace things like paired programming and share our awesome brainwaves! Some ideas aren’t so great...one of the team once ate 20 bananas in one sitting following a bet with their line manager. Not the best look!

We genuinely love what we do here. So much so, that counting from the birth of the business in 2011, 11 of the top 14 contributors to the Secret Escapes repository are still here with us.
